There are days if we don’t have time to sit on a cushion for 10 minutes, find ways to incorporate stillness into your daily life.
It could be a few deep breaths while waiting for the kettle to boil, waiting for bus, in the train, when driving or through moving meditation, a mindful stroll on the way to work.
Focus our awareness on our breathing and notice what is going around us and within us. Developing #equanimity #zen
